These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Yumeva, including our website, waitlist, mobile application, and related services.

By accessing or using Yumeva, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Yumeva is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, unless we explicitly provide a separate experience with different age rules.

By using Yumeva, you confirm that you can legally enter into these Terms and that your use of the service complies with applicable law.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You should notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Yumeva helps users discover plans, review event atmosphere, request to join events, host plans, invite friends, communicate with others, and maintain connections after events.

We may update, improve, suspend, remove, or change features over time as the product evolves.

You are responsible for the content you create or upload, including profile details, photos, event descriptions, messages, comments, and any other information you share through Yumeva.

You represent that you have the rights needed to share your content and that it does not violate the rights of others or applicable law.

Yumeva provides tools for creating, discovering, requesting to join, managing, and attending plans. Users, not Yumeva, are responsible for the events they create, attend, or participate in.

Hosts are responsible for providing accurate event information, setting appropriate expectations, managing attendees, and complying with applicable laws, venue rules, safety requirements, and community standards.

Attendees are responsible for deciding whether to join or attend a plan, arriving safely, behaving respectfully, and following the host’s reasonable rules.

Yumeva may allow users to request access to plans, invite friends, approve or reject requests, leave events, message other users, or reconnect after meeting through a plan.

A request, invitation, match score, connection, or message does not guarantee attendance, friendship, compatibility, safety, or any particular outcome.

Yumeva may provide messaging, event chat, notifications, and other communication tools. You agree to use these tools respectfully and only for lawful, appropriate purposes.

We may send service-related messages, including account, safety, event, request, connection, notification, and product update messages. You can manage certain communication preferences in the app or through your device settings.

You agree not to misuse Yumeva or harm other users. This includes online behavior, event behavior, and any real-world interaction that begins through the service.

Yumeva may provide reporting, blocking, removal, kick, leave, moderation, or support tools to help protect users and the community.

We may review content, reports, activity, messages, events, profiles, or accounts where necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service.

Yumeva may show recommendations, match scores, fit labels, atmosphere previews, or other signals based on profile information, interests, preferences, location, event metadata, and activity.

These features are informational and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or change over time. You remain responsible for deciding whether a plan, host, attendee, or connection is right for you.

Yumeva may introduce paid features, subscriptions, paid events, boosts, or other monetized functionality in the future. If we do, additional terms, pricing, cancellation rules, refund rules, and app store terms may apply.

Unless a paid feature is explicitly offered, the current version of these Terms should not be read as a guarantee that paid features are available.

Yumeva, including its design, branding, software, features, content, logos, and related intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Yumeva except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Yumeva may integrate with third-party services such as maps, authentication providers, analytics providers, notification services, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, or app stores.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Yumeva may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, changed, or discontinued from time to time.

We may release updates, change features, limit access, or modify the service for security, legal, business, technical, or product reasons.

You may stop using Yumeva at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, or used the service unlawfully.

After termination, certain provisions of these Terms may continue to apply, including provisions about user content, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and disputes.

Yumeva is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or that any event, host, attendee, connection, recommendation, or match score will meet your expectations.

Yumeva is not responsible for user behavior, real-world meetings, event outcomes, venue issues, transportation, health and safety decisions, or interactions between users outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yumeva and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection or mandatory law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the effective date, posting a notice, or sending a service message.

Your continued use of Yumeva after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
